SensMax Loyalty Button L3 TS is a wireless device for customer feedback collection in real-time. The customer survey button is mounted on a plastic stand with a printed question. Customers can rate their experience and deliver smiley feedback by pressing one of three emotion icons – Happy, Sad, or Disappointed.

SensMax Loyalty Button L3 TS delivering customer feedback statistics from smiley terminals to the SensMax cloud reporting portal in real-time using the SensMax gateway. There are two types of gateways available LAN/Internet or WiFi/Internet gateway for real-time devices.

Three two models of the real-time customer survey buttons are presented: SensMax L3 LR TS, and SensMax L3 SLR TS. The sensors have connectivity ranges for small/medium and big premises of up to 150m, and up to 800m. 

Customer feedback statistics showing up in ready-to-use reports per 5-minutes, hour, day, week, month, and year. As well as you can see the Network Promoter Score Index calculation.
