Description of the client survey system
SensMax client satisfaction survey system designed for healthcare organizations. It helps to collect clients feedbacks about service quality. You can use this information for customer experience improvements. The client survey system based on wireless buttons with three smileys – bad, medium, happy. There is an option to attach the printed question to the button if you need it.
Clients are pressing emotion icons and the survey button collecting statistics that will appear in reporting software in a daily summary report. There is a built-in spam pressings filter for accurate survey results.
The client survey button is a wireless device that is easy to install on a table or stick to a wall. Installation takes some seconds only. Client feedbacks delivered to the central database using SensMax LAN/Internet or WiFi internet gateways. One gateway can serve up to 30 survey buttons within a range of up to 800m.
There is an option to install reporting software on a local server for data integration into hospital management software or an option to store data at SensMax servers and get reports in the cloud reporting portal SensWeb.
How client survey system works
The client survey system consists of wireless feedback buttons with smileys, a data gateway, and reporting software. Wireless client survey buttons work from standard AA batteries for up to 2 years. There is an option to install the wireless button onto the question holder made from transparent plastics.
The button collecting smiley icons pressings statistics and delivers it to the central server using SensMax gateways via LAN/Internet or WiFi internet connection. One data gateway can serve up to 30 client survey buttons.
There are three button models for different size premises with a connectivity range of 50m, 150m, and 800m. Wireless client survey buttons are easy to install on a registration desk, stick them to walls or pillars using two-sided adhesive tape.
Reporting application SensMax EasyReport displays statistical data of client replies in graphical and tabular reports per every button. The reporting application has time-zone support for displaying data from geographically distributed hospitals in one format. There is an option to integrate survey data into a hospital management system using the export feature in the software.
It allows exporting client survey data in XML, CSV, or MySQL formats. You can install reporting software on a local server or check reports online in SensWeb cloud reporting portal.
Cloud reporting portal supports data export via API. It may be useful if you need to integrate customer survey data into 3rd party web application. Client survey data is compatible with SensMax people counting system data, so you can view people visiting statistics and their feedbacks within combined reports.
