SensMax Loyalty Button L3 TS is a wireless device for customer feedback collection in real-time. The customer survey button is mounted on a plastic stand with a printed question. Customers can rate their experience and deliver smiley feedback by pressing one of three emotion icons – Happy, Sad, or Disappointed.
SensMax Loyalty Button L3 TS delivers customer feedback statistics from smiley button sensors to the SensMax cloud reporting portal in real-time using the SensMax SMX TS real-time gateway. Three two models of the real-time customer survey buttons are presented: SensMax L3 LR TS, and SensMax L3 SLR TS. The sensors have connectivity ranges for small/medium and big premises of up to 150-250m, and up to 800-1000m. Customer feedback statistics show up in ready-to-use reports per 15 minutes, hour, day, week, month, and year. As well as you can see the Network Promoter Score Index calculation. Please note that customer survey statistics can merge with SensMax people counting system statistics, so you can track visiting trends and customer satisfaction statistics in one online reporting system.
