How to get feedback from customers?
The customer survey is crucial for getting feedbacks from customers and maintaining a high quality of service according to their experience in your retail store, bank office, or any other public premises, i.e. washrooms.
The customer loyalty distribution report is a part of the Network Promoter Score (NPS) monitoring solution.
It shows the distribution of customer replies that they sending to you by pressing smiley icons on a customer feedback sensor per selected period.
