How the Hygiene Monitoring System Works

Wireless smiley-button terminals collect real-time cleanliness feedback from visitors and staff. Each terminal has three emotions (happy, neutral, unhappy) and a smart SPAM filter that ignores repeated or irrelevant pressings. The installation is fully wireless – terminals attach to walls, doors or partitions using adhesive tape or a plastic question holder.

All hygiene feedback data is delivered to the central database via SensMax SMX data gateways using Wi-Fi or LAN. One gateway supports up to 20 wireless feedback terminals within a range of up to 800 m, making the system suitable for large multi-floor buildings and wide areas.
