SensMax monitoring system helps to control temperature and humidity in warehouses
By embracing this system, businesses can provide high-quality service standards for product storage, monitor conditions anywhere and anytime via the Internet, receive real-time notifications for parameter deviations, and save resources through automated environment control.
How the Remote Monitoring System Works?
SensMax wireless temperature and humidity sensors operate from -20℃ to +55℃ with impressive tolerance levels. These sensors, which are both waterproof and dust-protected, can be used for indoor and outdoor storage monitoring. With a built-in nonflammable battery, these sensors boast a lifespan of up to 3-5 years. Data from these sensors is seamlessly transmitted to an online reporting system via LAN/Internet data gateways, offering comprehensive coverage within a 150m range or up to 500m with signal repeaters.
Online Temperature and Humidity Monitoring Software
The online reporting software provides real-time data, displaying temperature and humidity parameters for each sensor in 5-minute intervals. Users have the flexibility to upload a warehouse map, facilitating the identification of problematic areas effortlessly. If parameters deviate from the permitted range for an extended period, the system triggers email or SMS notifications. The software also supports individual notification schedules and allows users to select specific objects for monitoring. The wireless installation process is quick and straightforward, taking only a few minutes.
SensMax Temperature Monitoring Sensors
The hardware lineup includes a range of wireless temperature sensors like SensGuard MCP9808, SensGuard ENS210 for temperature and humidity, SensGuard DS18B20 with a probe, SensGuard PT100 for remote temperature monitoring, and the high-accuracy SensGuard PT100. The SensGuard TCP LR X2 data gateway complemented the system, a robust LAN gateway supporting all temperature and humidity sensors.
SensMax remote temperature and humidity monitoring system is helpful for warehouse companies striving for superior logistics quality control. By investing in this advanced solution, businesses can enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and reinforce their commitment to delivering top-notch warehousing and product storage services.
